Mr. Xiao joined OFC in 2007 after serving seven years at the Securities Company of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the functions of asset management, risk control and general management. His time working for the Securities Company of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone allows him to bring some valuable insights to OFC and its portfolio companies. From 1996 to 1999, he performed the role of Vice General Manager of the state-owned Gansu Huikai Group. Prior to his role at Gansu Huikai, Mr. Xiao worked at Shenzhen Laiyinda Group with responsibility for its international import and export business.Mr. Xiao holds a Master of Accounting degree from Xiamen University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Wuhan University.
