Mr. Mei has over 10 years’ experience within the venture capital industry, first at SCG from 1999 to 2006, then at OFC since its inception. Prior to SCG, Mr. Mei worked for 11 years in research and development and quality control department at the Pharmaceutical Technology and Development Centre of China Academy of Science & Technology Development, Shenzhen Neptunus Pharmaceutical Ltd. and Zhuhai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. Mr. Mei has also been awarded the honour of the 2004 “Best VC Investment Manager” by China Venture Capital Research Institute and Zero2IPO Group’s 2002 “China Top 10 Portfolio Managers”.Mr. Mei holds a Master of Management Engineering degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Biochemistry degree from Sichuan University. He is in the process of completing his Doctor of Business Administration from Victoria University, Switzerland.
